Our Boneless Infeed was designed to address the issues created by current solutions in the market.

At this time, the use of vacuum systems is how boneless product is sorted in an automated system.  The inherent problems with vacuum assist systems is cleanability, speed, consistency, and cost, both maintenance and original equipment price.

Our opportunity was to be able to sort bulk product mechanically. With our new patent pending system, it appears that we have solved these issues.  Our machine cleans as simply as a common conveyor and will deliver consistent though put of boneless product.
