Our De-nester system was designed to de-stack and place frozen product on a conveyor belt from a 28 degree room into a pricing and labeling area.

Not only is the labor savings obvious, but the savings of damaged product and baskets becomes apparent. Indirect cost savings, such as employee training and workmen’s composition issues, are also a benefit of this system.

In the past, only male employees could have this position, due to the strength needed.  Now, with the De-nesting machine, this position could be filled by even the smaller of females.
