Our Cut-up Infeed system was designed to run small product for a net weight tray pack system. The system is comprised of two of our proven patented pieces of equipment. The first being a rotary single filer, which feeds the next, a positive spacing machine (PSM). These two patented pieces of equipment have been used together in the past to sort and space products such as front halves and whole birds in the poultry industry.
By miniaturizing this system, we are able to run small parts, such as wings, thighs, and legs at a high piece count without the need for manual loading. Our fully automated infeed can take product from a cut-up line or an injector straight to a belt sizing and distribution system. Each lane of our infeed system can replace from four to six employees per day, depending on the application and the rate of though put. The video links to the right demonstrate the capabilities of this system.
